The invention relates to welding engineering and concerns the welding materials, namely the fluxes for automatic wear-resistant hard-facing the steel components and tools, which undergo intensive wear at normal and high cyclic variable temperatures with high specific pressures (for example, the rolls of rolling and blooming mills). A ceramic flux for wear-resistant hard-facing consists of a flux part, which contains oxides of magnesium, aluminum, aluminum silicates of potassium, sodium and barium, calcium fluoride, sodium-potassium silicate, and a metallic part, which contains ferrochromium carbonic, chromium metallic, ferromolybdenum, ferrovanadium, and also iron powder. The disclosed ceramic flux for wear-resistant hard-facing was used at the Illich Metallurgical Works for hard-facing the rolls of rolling mills, that showed that the ceramic flux for wear-resistant hard-facing allows to increase the wear resistance of the rolls of rolling mills. |
