PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a sound insulation sound absorbing panel is provided to improve productivity and quality by automating the manufacturing process of the sound-absorbing material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a sound insulation sound absorbing panel is as follows. Plural polyester fiber board(10) has the fixed standard on a conveyor(20). An adhesive(12) is sprayed on the polyester fiber board by plural injectors. The polyester fiber board is dried by a drier(24) for a certain time. The fabric raw material or metal mesh is selectively laminated. The polyester LM fiberboards are integrated by the hot press.
