PURPOSE: A low heater is provided to increase the heating efficiency by heating even the fluid remaining at a bottom of a tank and to make smooth the free convection with outer fluid around the heater circumference. CONSTITUTION: A low heater comprises a first chamber(10), a second chamber(20), a plurality of pipes(30). The fluid is flowed in the first chamber. The first chamber contacts with a oil tank wall. The first chamber includes at least one of first fix part(11). The first fix part is placed at the side in order to be fixed on the oil tank wall. The fluid is flowed out with the second chamber. The second chamber includes at least one of second fix part(21). The second fix part is placed in the side to be fixed at the oil tank wall. The pipe is equipped between the first chamber and the second chamber. The fluid passes through the pipe. |
