The device has plane racket-surfaces or ergonomic tube-surfaces on which a cylindrical strip is unwound, where the racket-surfaces pivot in a single direction. The strip is fixed on an anterior face of one of the racket-surfaces at an end of the strip and on a posterior face of the other racket-surface at another end of the strip. The strip inwardly rotates around two tubes that respectively include longitudinal slots. The strip is fixed to an end of one of the tubes or slides through the slot of the respective tube from an interior to an exterior of the respective tube.
