<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-radiating sheet which is excellent in the heat-radiating property and in the dimensional stability under high temperatures. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-radiating sheet which contains a heat-radiating filler, comprises: an imide-modified elastomer expressed by general formula (I), wherein R<SB>1</SB>is a divalent organic group containing an aromatic ring or an aliphatic ring; R<SB>2</SB>is a divalent organic group having a weight-average molecular weight of 100-10,000; R<SB>3</SB>is a divalent organic group containing an aromatic ring, an aliphatic ring or an aliphatic chain; R<SB>4</SB>is a tetravalent organic group having 4 or more carbon atoms of the number; n is an integer of 1-100; and m is an integer of 2-100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
