PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encrypting device for preventing key information required for decrypting encrypted data from being lost easily, and to provide an encryption system and a program. SOLUTION: The encrypting device 100 includes: an encryption means 101 for encrypting input data by key information; a key information dividing means 103 for dividing the key information; a divided key information backup means 104 for arranging the divided key information in an dispersed manner; and a divided key information restoring means 106 for collecting and restoring the dispersedly arranged key information, when the encrypting device 100 breaks down.
