摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a powder magnetic core capable of resin-coating a resin peeled part of a resin coat iron-based powder because of high frictional resistance between a compact and a cavity wall of a mold when drawing out the compact from the die in compression molding and capable of improving strength of the compact, and the mold used for the method. SOLUTION: The resin coat iron-based powder 5 is filled in a cavity 2 formed of the die 1 and a lower punch 3, and the powder is pressed by an upper punch 7 and the lower punch 3 to make the compact 6. A resin molding mold 9 with a horizontal section area of an opening larger than that of the cavity 2 is placed to cover the resin mold 6, and molten silicon resin 12 is filled through a filling hole 10. The lower punch 3 is displaced by applying a pressing pressure in an upward direction, and the silicon resin is impregnated in the compact 6 to coat a side face 6'. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
