PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of radio communications capable of performing an effective notification at a center station device and a terminal station device when performing radio communications between the center station device and a slave station device (e.g., a terminal station device, a house-to-house receiver, or the like). SOLUTION: When a position to install X-th house-to-house receiver Cx starts moving to a second broadcast radio system 100' and an input field value to be received is reduced, the X-th house-to-house receiver Cx verifies a result of measuring a reception input field at a present-system frequency (S51). When it is judged that the reception input field value reaches a certain specific value or less (S52:Y), the X-th house-to-house receiver Cx determines that it gets away from a first broadcast radio system 100, and scans a prescribed frequency band (S53). Then, if radio broadcast including notification information is present (S54:Y), the X-th house-to-house receiver Cx acquires a municipal code of other system from the notification information (S55) and rewrites a municipal code of the house-to-house receivers of a present station into the municipal code of the other system (S56).
