PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize an ultrasonic flowmeter with flexibility ensured in placing a transducer and its incidence angle changeable even after the placement. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic flowmeter causes an ultrasonic wave to enter a fluid flowing through a pipe from an ultrasonic oscillator at a prescribed incidence angle and obtains a signal related to the flow speed of the fluid flowing through the pipe.
