PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove ozone accumulated in a water tank for humidification. SOLUTION: An air cleaning means 20 and a humidification unit 40 are provided from an upstream side of an air passage 14. A water cleaning means 30 is provided for producing the ozone by a discharge effect of a discharge processing part 33 and supplying it into the water tank 41 of the humidification unit 40. A discharge piping 51 and a return piping 52 through which the ozone after a cleaning process in the water tank 41 is introduced into an upstream side of the air cleaning means 20, are provided as ozone removing means 50.
