PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose improved in inserting work efficiency and sealing performance, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The hose 20 comprises a hose body 21 pressed into a connection pipe 10 and having a passage. The hose is connected to the connection pipe 10 while being fastened thereto through the outer face of the hose body 21 pressed into the connection pipe 10 with a clip CP. An coated film 28 is formed on the inner face which is the end of the hose body 21 and forms the passage, and the outer face to which the clip CP is fastened. The coated film 28 is a thin film which is formed of silicone having a friction coefficient smaller than those of other inner and outer faces of the hose body 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
