PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new hair part sealing tool capable of easily shampooing the hair without scattering or leaking bubbles and washing waste liquid, etc., around and executing the care of the hair part such as medical actions, fumigation and aromatherapy other than shampooing regardless of the time and places even under a non-daily environment such as a disaster site, and its using method. SOLUTION: The hair part sealing tool 1 is in such a dome shape that a space layer 3 for fluid flow can be secured with the scalp of a human body head appropriate range, and an annular mounting part 2 which can be tightly mounted while maintaining elasticity is integrally incorporated on the entire periphery of the lower end edge to form a cap body 10. Communicable and closable valve mechanisms 5 are provided at two or more appropriate parts of the cap body 10, and pipe connection parts 4 capable of selectively and freely detachably connecting respective pipes P for fluid operations capable of injecting or discharging fluid F through the respective valve mechanisms 5 are formed respectively.
