PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dart capable of emitting light without providing a battery or a movable member inside the dart and is highly recognizable under the gloomy illumination of a dart bar or the like, and to provide a dart capable of executing the performance of making the dart emit light changing the color of the light and the quantity of the light corresponding to a target position and a game condition, etc. SOLUTION: The barrel and shaft of the dart are provided with a hole, and light from an external light-emitting body is made incident on a chip part formed of a transparent member. By transmitting the light made incident on the chip part through the hole to the flight, the dart capable of making the flight emit the light and the dart game device provided with the light-emitting body are provided.
