PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic milk sampling device which can sample milks for separated udders, respectively, can together be used with a milk claw and an automatic separation device, and is high in practicality. SOLUTION: Provided is the separated udder type automatic sampling device of a vacuum line type milking machine which has a milking unit 1 having a milk claw 10 and a plurality of teat cups 11, and separators 21 for separated udders, capable of supplying vacuum pressures to the teat cups, respectively, characterized by disposing sampling bottles capable of being separately opened with electromagnetic valves 31 on a milk tube 12 from the milking unit, in the same or more number as or than that of the teat cups, and further disposing a control means for sequentially supplying vacuum pressures to the teat cups and opening the corresponding electromagnetic valves to collect milks from the separated udders into the sampling bottles 32, respectively.
