<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present video images of excellent image quality even when transforming the coordinate system of the video images for which conditions around a vehicle are photographed. <P>SOLUTION: An operation part 8 changes the range of input pixels P to be weighted and added when generating the video images of the post-transformation coordinate system corresponding to the distribution state of the input pixels P in the post-transformation coordinate system.
