PURPOSE: A method for providing an advertisement by using an ARS and a system for executing the method are provided to perform a predetermined action about an advertisement through access of a service user to an ARS, thereby obtaining high quality service users. CONSTITUTION: A method for providing an advertisement by using an ARS comprises the following steps. An ARS advertisement of an advertisement type using an ARS is exposed to an offline advertisement area(S302). When the service user accesses the ARS, the ARS advertisement is provided through the ARS(S303).
