<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid emergency stop of a fuel cell power generation device. <P>SOLUTION: When a bypass valve 23 on a bypass line 22 is operated for a short period in order to prevent increase of excessive external pressure accompanied with temperature rise of a reforming device 5 upon starting of the fuel cell power generation device and a reforming water 16 is started to supply to the reforming device 5 and a raw material 10 is started to supply to the reforming device 5 and a supply route of a reformed gas 17 created by a fuel processing device 4 is switched from a bypass line 22 side to a polymer electrolyte fuel cell 1 side, a breaking-out fire can be prevented in advance even in an unstable burner flame of a burner 25 by starting an ignitor 28 of the burner 25 of the fuel processing device 4 by a control device 29. When burner temperature of the fuel processing device 4 is dropped during a normal operation of the fuel cell power generation device, the breaking-out fire of the burner 25 can be prevented in advance by starting the ignitor 28 of the burner 25 of the fuel processing device 4 by the control device 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
