<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power system monitoring control system which is excellent in controllability, economic property and reliability by attaining economical operation of a generator, and can maintain at a high level the data accuracy of an output response delay time by accurate calculation of the output response delay time. <P>SOLUTION: An output response delay time calculation unit 34 takes in a command supply time 51 from a command transmitting time recording unit 31 and also takes in present output information 52 from an information reception part 33 to calculate the output response delay time 53. An accelerated command time calculation unit 36 outputs an output command in an accelerated manner so that the generator 1 starts an output change as per the output schedule 50 of the generator created by an output schedule creating unit 35 by performing an invert operation from the output response delay time 53 calculated by the output response delay time calculation unit 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
