<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily create advanced functional document data, utilizing the output of an existing document data creation program. <P>SOLUTION: A document data creating part 124 of a second application part 120 outputs a document image accepted from a scanner 2 to a first application part 110, and creates document data with text data. In addition, the document data creating part 124 makes a text data acquiring part 126 acquire the text data from the created document data having text data.
