<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of water-base paint booth circulating water which reduces the COD concentration by adding activated sludge and a microorganism group containing chlorella to water-base paint booth circulating wastewater to perform biological treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment method of water-base paint booth circulating water includes the process of adding the activated sludge to the paint booth circulating wastewater to control MLSS, the process of adding the microorganism group containing chlorella to the paint booth circulating wastewater, the process of adding a nitrogen nutrient source to the paint booth circulating wastewater, the process of adding a phosphorus nutrient source to the paint booth circulating wastewater, the process of adjusting the pH of the paint booth circulating wastewater to 7, and the process of aerating the paint booth circulating wastewater, and reduces the amount of SS in the paint booth circulating wastewater to reduce the COD concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
