<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage sludge treatment system which can remarkably reduce power cost for transporting sludge to each incinerator of an incineration yard through piping, and energy consumption can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In the vicinity of a sludge feeder 12 installed in each incinerator 11 within an incineration yard 10, a dehydrator 15 for the exclusive use of each incinerator is arranged. Further, a sludge tank 21 and a sludge pump 22 are arranged inside a building 20 far from the incineration yard 10, and sludge is transported from the building 20 to the incineration yard 10 through piping 23 as it is. The sludge dehydrated by each dehydrator 15 is immediately incinerated. Since the sludge has a high water content and low piping resistance, the power cost required for transporting the sludge by the same distance is made one severalth compared with the case in the conventional piping transport, and energy consumption can be remarkably suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
