<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve cost reduction by enabling simplification of a structure and reduction of the number of part items. <P>SOLUTION: When a rod 31 is elevated, a bucket 10 is elevated by being guided with an elevating/lowering guide 24. Meanwhile, the center of gravity G of the bucket 10 is held at a position opposite to a part 17 to be guided with a position connected with the rod 31 therebetween by a posture holding member 27. After the part 17 to be guided comes into contact with a stopper 25, the bucket 10 is tilted upward around the part 17 to be guided as a fulcrum with the elevation of the rod 31, and feeding articles stored in the bucket 10 is fed to a barrel tank 2.
