PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment agent for boiler ash capable of easily and surely treating harmful substances contained in boiler ash to solve the problem of various conventional methods proposed for reducing, to a standard value of an environmental standard or lower, the elution amount of harmful substances such as boron, fluorine, selenium and arsenic coming out of boiler ash capable of being effectively used as resources that the conventional methods require complex operation to simultaneously reduce the amounts of the various harmful substances to the standard value of the environmental standard or lower. SOLUTION: The treatment agent for boiler ash is characterized by comprising 40 to 95 weight% of an alkali earth metal hydroxide, 1 to 60 weight% of an alkali earth metal phosphate, and 0.01 to 20 weight% of a N-methylglucamine compound and/or a glucose compound (provided that the total of the alkali earth metal hydroxide, the alkali earth metal phosphate, and the N-methylglucamine compound and/or the glucose compound is 100 weight%).
