PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual axis driving type optical reflection element which is compact and has a large frequency ratio. SOLUTION: The optical reflection element is provided with: a mirror part 1; a pair of tuning fork type oscillation elements 3 connected by a first supporting part 2; a frame body 6 connected by a second supporting part 5; a meander type oscillation element 8 of which the one end 7 is connected to the frame body 6; and a supporting body 10 to which the other end 9 of the meander type oscillation element 8 is connected, wherein the tuning fork type oscillation elements 3 have a first arm 12 and a second arm 13, the rotation axis 28B of the tuning fork type oscillation elements 3 and the rotation axis 28A of the meander type oscillation element 8 are orthogonal to each other.
