PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost solid electrolytic capacitor easily manufactured with a good yield. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element having an positive electrode lead-out part and a negative electrode lead-out part, an positive electrode lead frame connected to the positive electrode lead-out part, a negative electrode lead frame connected to the negative electrode lead-out and an outer packaging resin for covering the capacitor element, and has a structure of the positive electrode lead-out part being projected from an end face of the capacitor element. The positive electrode lead frame includes: an positive electrode terminal part having an exposed face exposed from the outer packaging resin; a rising part continuing to the positive electrode terminal part, bent toward the positive electrode lead-out part located above the positive electrode terminal part and extended in the outer packaging resin; and a bent part continuing to the rising part, bent along the direction of the projection of the positive electrode lead-out part and connected to the positive electrode lead-out part.
