PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of more efficiently guiding an incident light to a photoelectric converter. SOLUTION: There are provided a plurality of photoelectric converter 2-dimensionally arranged on a semiconductor substrate, an insulation film formed on the photoelectric converter, and a plurality of grooves 60 formed in the insulation film so as to surround a plurality of photoelectric converters, wherein the shape of the groove 60 is different depending on the position on the semiconductor substrate.
