PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fixing portion of a reinforcement plate from swelling when mounting a component on an FPC while keeping the flexibility of the FPC. SOLUTION: A flexible printed wiring board is provided, on the surface of an insulating layer, with a shield layer produced by dispersing conductive particles in binder resin, wherein the shield layer consists of a high flexibility shield layer and a high thermal resistance shield layer of different resins, the high flexibility shield layer is provided in at least a flexure region, and the high thermal resistance shield layer is provided in at least such a region as a reinforcement plate is stuck to the surface.
