PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic transistor having a high mobility and a large current on/off ratio, and exhibiting excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: The organic transistor has an organic semiconductor layer, which contains at least one of fluorantheno[8',9':5,6]indeno[1,2,3-cd]fluorantheno[8,9-k]fluoranthene derivatives.
