PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with a terminal holder, capable of demonstrating high terminal-holding power by means of the terminal holder which can be used readily for different applications, and capable preventing rattle of the terminal. SOLUTION: The connector with the terminal holder comprises: a connector housing 10 having openings for terminal housing chambers 14, 15 on one end face 11 thereof; and a terminal holder 30, that is slidably mounted to one end face 11 of the connector housing 10 via rails 13, 33, thereby preventing dropout of the terminals 50, 51. The terminal holder 30 comprises: rectangular plate-shaped holder body 31, having a second rail 33 that engages with a first rail 13 on the side of the connector housing 10; and a rectangular plate-shaped lock arm 32, that is disposed on the underside thereof and has flexibility, so as to depress the terminals 50, 51 with terminal-pressing ribs 36, 37 that are provided on the underside of the lock arm 32.
