PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a superconductor is thinned and separated from each other, an AC loss is reduced but stability as the superconductor is lost. SOLUTION: The oxide superconductor 10 is provided with thinning grooves 11 formed in a longitudinal direction of a base 3 on an oxide superconductor layer 4 formed on the heat-resistant metal base 3; and the oxide superconductor layer 4 is separated by the thinning grooves 11 into a plurality of thin wires.
