PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure prediction and report system, capable of making a device continuously operate without stop. SOLUTION: An arithmetic device 40 of a maintenance management server 50 predicts a failure occurrence prediction time, failure occurrence predicted point or the like of a device 11 that is a maintenance object by use of an algorithm based on a probability process such as a linear prediction method, based on information related to an operation state of the device 11, which is periodically transmitted from a monitoring terminal 21 connected to the device 11 at predetermined intervals through a network 100, such as operation content, operation time, alarm information, current value carried to a specified component from components constituting the device 11, or temperature, and attribution information of the device 11 preliminarily stored in a maintenance management database 30, such as configuration information, characteristics, failure histories, failure modes in failure of components constituting the device, or load state, and reports them as failure occurrence prediction information to a user terminal 60 of a user which uses the device 11 through the network 100.
