PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully secure a punching part strength of a press die for forming a slit while suppressing inclination for fitting a planar member to the slit, by devising an inner peripheral shape of the slit of the planar member making a dust collection electrode. SOLUTION: In the inner periphery of the slit (43) for fitting a first and a second planar member (41, 42), there are formed a plurality of projections (43a) protruding into the slit (43) in a manner narrowing down the slit width.
