The system has a two-dimensional photovoltaic panel (1) including a light sensitive side (11) exposable to a sun light (6). A rear side (12) of the panel is coolable by a coolant i.e. ambient air (2), flowing over the panel, where the coolant is supplied into a pipeline (3). The coolant is suckable at a remote and cool place by a blower (4) in the pipeline, and is transportable to the panel. The coolant is delivered into a surrounding area, after contacting with the rear side of the panel. A heat exchanger (5) is attached to an intake opening of the pipeline.
