<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope objective lens or the like with simple structure that reliably prevents dusts from adhering thereto without requiring a specific operation. <P>SOLUTION: A laminate 30 is provided on a lens surface 24S of a lens section 24 in an objective lens. The laminate 30 includes a water-repellent/oil-repellent film 32, a fine uneven film 36 and an antistatic film 48. The water-repellent/oil-repellent film 32 prevents water and oil from adhering to the lens surface 24S and prevents the dusts from adhering thereto. Moreover, a fine uneven portion is formed on a surface of the water-repellent/oil-repellent film 32 by using the fine uneven film 36, thereby preventing dust particles from adhering to the lens surface 24S with an intermolecular force.
