<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element with high power generation efficiency though using solidified electrolyte, and doing without a short-circuit prevention layer. <P>SOLUTION: In the photoelectric conversion element with an electrode 1 to be a negative electrode and a counter electrode 4 as a positive electrode arranged in opposition, the electrode 1 has a transparent conductive film 3 formed on one face of an electrode-use transparent substrate 2, while the counter electrode 4 has a solid electrolyte layer 8 on the surface of a brush-like carbon nanotube group 7 provided on one face of a substrate 5 for the counter electrode through a conductive adhesive layer 6, and further, has a photocatalyst film 11 dyed with photosensitized dye 9 formed on a surface of the layer 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
