<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a sugar peptide having an O-mannose type sugar chain. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are an amino acid bonded with an O-mannose type sugar chain and expressed by general formula [I] (in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>is H or a methyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is an activation group of hydroxy group or carboxy group; R<SP>3</SP>is H or a protective group for amino group; R is an acyl group protecting a hydroxy group; X and Y are each independently an N-acetylglucosamine residue or its derivative having a hydroxy group protected by an acyl group (excluding sialic acid and/or acylated galactose added derivatives) or an acyl group protecting a hydroxy group; at least one of X and Y is an N-acetylglucosamine residue or its derivative having hydroxy group protected by an acyl group), and a method for producing the sugar chain-bonded peptide containing a step to bond the amino acid by condensation reaction to form a sugar peptide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
