<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service for properly supporting a user of a terminal device, such as, personal computer by extracting a statistically significant relation from log data, in different log data series. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a log collection means which collects log data on the operation of a terminal apparatus by a user; a log storage means which stores the log data collected by a log collection means by each log data series; and a correlation analysis means which analyzes correlation among the log data series stored by the log storage means. When characteristic expression common among the log data exists in difference log data series, the apparatus associates the log data, calculates the difference of date, with respect to each log data associated; statistically calculates the range of the difference from all the differences, and newly creates data for analyzing the correlation from the log data in the range of the difference in the different log data series and carries out correlation analysis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
