PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonant-type voltage controlled oscillator capable of eliminating influence of a shot noise and a flicker noise of a transistor generated in a current mirror circuit used for amplifying or returning a noise or a current included in a constant-current power supply. SOLUTION: A first control signal SR [n-1:0] generated by a first control circuit part 21 of a variable resistance control circuit 12 is output to a variable resistance 7. A second control signal DR [m-1:0] generated by a second control circuit part 22 of the variable resistance control circuit 12 is output to a variable resistance 8. Accordingly, the oscillation circuit 11 has a constant consumption current without having the constant current power source so as to obtain a desired operating point, and to eliminate influence of the shot noise and the flicker noise of the transistor generated in the current mirror circuit used for amplifying or returning the noise or the current included in the constant current power supply.
