PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal metal fitting in which contact resistance between an electric wire is reduced, and to provide a wire harness equipped with this terminal metal fitting. SOLUTION: This is a female terminal metal fitting 12 and equipped with a wire barrel 16 which is caulked to a terminal of the electric wire 11 from outside, a connection part 17 connected to a male terminal metal fitting continuing the wire barrel 16, a barrel piece 18 which is extended and formed at the wire barrel 16 in a direction crossing the axial direction of the electric wire 11 and bending-worked so as to surround the terminal of the electric wire 11, and a contracted diameter part 20 which is formed at the end edge positioned crossing the axial direction of the electric wire 11 out of the barrel piece 18, and contracted in the diameter inward the diameter direction of the electric wire 11.
