PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly effective and simple-structured sunshine shading construction for a parking space to solve the problem that most large-sized parking lots have no means for shading sunshine around the circumference to highly worsen a thermal environment, in particular, in summer, and idling can generate a heat island phenomenon due to exhaust heat, and furthermore, increase the emission amount of CO<SB>2</SB>in addition to the exhaust heat to form a vicious cycle. SOLUTION: The basic constitution comprises a plurality of supports 1 erected in a site for a parking space, a frame 2 stretched on the top of the supports and an air-permeable cover 3 placed along the frame.
