PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device which can narrow a setting range in the movement direction of a moving guide rail, can increase the freedom of design on the periphery of an opening, and can cope with versatile design. SOLUTION: The door device 10 is provided with a fixed guide rail 5 and a moving guide rail 2. The fixed guide rail is provided at the top of the opening 9. The moving guide rail 2 is suspended from the fixed guide rail 5, and can move in a direction parallel with the fixed guide rail 5. A suspension door 1 is suspended from the moving guide rail 2 so that the suspension door 1 is suspended from the moving guide rail 2 so that it can move along the movement direction H which is parallel with the fixed guide rail 5. When the suspension door 1 is opened, the suspension door moves on the moving guide rail 2 by almost one-half of the width of the suspension door. The moving guide rail 2 moves on the fixed guide rail 5 by almost one-half of the width of the suspension door. When the suspension door 1 is closed, it moves on the moving guide rail 2 by almost one-half of the width of the suspension door, and the moving guide rail 2 moves on the fixed guide rail 5 by almost one-half of the width of the suspension door.
