PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a synthetic resin motor bracket and a pivot holder to have durability equal to that of a metallic member and manage a load in caulking processing equally to that of the metallic member. SOLUTION: The caulking joining of the pivot holder 11 and a connecting member (a pipe member 13) is performed by the caulking deformation of a cylindrical part by fitting the cylindrical part 13 formed at an end of the connecting member at the outer periphery of a shaft-shaped part 43 integrally molded in the pivot holder 11, and a metallic reinforcing member 49 is embedded in the shaft-shaped part 43 of the pivot holder 11.
