PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot hand which increases power toward a palm direction and reduces the pressure for gripping a gripping object. SOLUTION: The robot hand 1 includes a root link 121 that is a root side of a finger part and a tip link 122 connected to the root link 121. The tip link 122 has a first region A1 and a second region A2 on a gripping side surface for gripping the gripping object. The surface of the first region A1 of a finger tip side is formed nearly flat and the second region A2 on the root link 121 side is curved to be recessed on the inner side.
