PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vis fastening device capable of retaining a disc vis at stable attitude. SOLUTION: The vis fastening devices 20A, 20B fasten the disc vis 12. The vis fastening devices 20A, 20B are provided with fastening parts 21A, 21B fastened to a head part of the disc vis 12; and a rotation part for rotating the fastening parts 21A, 21B. The fastening parts 21A, 21B are provided with a fastening part body 31; a magnet 32 mounted to the fastening part body 31, having a flat distal end surface 32A and worn with magnetic force; and a plus bit 33 projected from the distal end surface 32A of the magnet 32 along rotation shafts RA, RB and fittable to a groove of the head part of the disc vis 12.
