PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam device which preferably prevents a cam slide from falling from a cam-slide supporting base and which does not make it difficult to mount or dismount the cam slide. SOLUTION: The came device 1 includes: a cam driver 3; a cam slide 6 having a sliding surface 5 having a complementary shape to the sliding surface so as to be freely movably brought into contact with the sliding surface 4 of the cam driver; a cam-slide supporting base 7 for suspendedly supporting the cam slide freely movable; and a falling preventing mechanism 8 for preventing the cam slide from falling from the cam slide supporting base.
