<p>Disclosed is a method for producing a partially thick resin sheet having a good planar shape by feeding resin delivered from a die stably between a die roller and a nip roller, and preventing a bank formed between a die roller and a nip roller from being disturbed. It is very difficult to feed resin stably between a die roller and a nip roller especially when a partially thick resin sheet having a difference of film thickness of 0.5-5 mm is molded under dry environment, but when a die, a die roller and a nip roller are arranged to satisfy the above-mentioned angular range, resin can be fed stably to a pressure nipping portion and a resin sheet of good quality can be molded. Especially, when the angle that a line connecting the lip opening and the pressure nipping portion makes for the vertical direction is set between 7.5°-9°, resin can be fed more stably between a die roller and a nip roller.</p> |
