PURPOSE: A cosmetic sheet containing a conjugated linoleic acid is provided to make sharp face feature and body sliming. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic sheet containing conjugated linoleic acid contains water soluble conjugated linoleic acid composition as an active ingredient. The water soluble conjugated linoleic acid composition comprises 40-80 weight parts of lipid component, 17-57 weight parts of emulsifier and 30-70 weight parts of water based on 100 weight parts of conjugated linoleic acid. The cosmetic sheet is a mask pack which makes face shape sharply. The cosmetic sheet has the effects of increasing skin elasticity, reducing skin thickness, skin lifting and sliming.
