<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact vehicular steering device capable of simplifying its wiring structure and having excellent mounting performance on a vehicle by using a brushless motor as an electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 100 of an ECU 12 is partitioned by a first housing 23 forming a part of a motor housing 25 and a second housing 24 brought into contact therewith and also forming a part of a gear housing 22.
