<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular locking device capable of reliably preventing a hook from being turned to the over-stroke position in a locked state, and smoothly turning a pole engaged with the hook to the disengaging position from the hook even when the fitting position accuracy between the pole and the hook is low. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular locking device comprises an operating means 22 which is interlocked with a turn preventive member 45 and capable of moving the turn preventive member to the turn permitting position against the urging force to the turn regulating position side, and interlocking means 43, 47 which locate the turn preventive member to the turn regulating position when a pole is located at the engagement position and engaged with a hook 32 located at the locking position, and turn the pole from the engaging position to the non-engaging position in retard of the turning operation of the turn preventive member when the turn preventive member is turned from the turn regulating position to the turn permitting position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
