<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system capable of keeping fairness of players and obtaining common satisfaction among the plurality of players without losing interest when giving privileges by winning. <P>SOLUTION: In the game system, a winning decision part 3 of a central management device 1 decides the winning for the player who satisfies a prescribed winning condition among the plurality of players operating a plurality of game terminal machines belonging to n pieces of terminal machine groups G1-Gn and participating in a game. Then, a privilege imparting part 4 imparts a predetermined privilege to the winning player.
